Systems Engineer (Core Infrastructure) L2 - Contract (CH1264b)

Duties:

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

• Provide prompt, efficient resolution of service issues and requests

• Deliver technical support both in person and remotely across the company

• Set up accounts for new users and manage user access

• Repair and replace equipment as necessary

• Test emerging technologies to assess suitability and functionality

• Potentially train junior staff members

• Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge databases and user manuals to streamline support processes

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in systems support or infrastructure roles

• Strong knowledge of client support, networking, and troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience with virtualization, Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure

• Proficiency in scripting for automation and problem resolution

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site tasks

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
