Red Ember Recruitment is currently recruiting for a National Refrigeration & Admin Supervisor for their client based in Kempton Park.

The National Refrigeration & Admin Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating refrigeration operations nationally, managing customer relationships, overseeing service delivery performance, and ensuring accurate administration, reporting, and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate refrigeration activities nationally.
  
• Monitor service call-outs and follow up on outstanding jobs.
  
• Track SLA performance and escalate issues when required.
  
• Support refrigeration projects and initiatives.
  

Customer Management

• Act as the main contact for assigned customers.
  
• Attend customer meetings and provide service updates.
  
• Manage customer action plans and ensure issues are resolved.
  
• Handle customer queries and escalations.
  

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
  
• Maintain trackers, action registers, and records.
  
• Analyse service trends, call-outs, and operational performance.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
  
• Check invoices for accuracy.
  
• Reconcile completed work against billing.
  
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies with Finance and Operations.
  

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with Operations, Technicians, Finance, BI, and Administration teams.
  
• Support National Operations with administrative and analytical tasks.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery
  

Requirements

• Matric.
  
• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (advantageous)
  
• 4-6 years' experience in operations administration, customer service, service coordination, or a refrigeration/technical environment.
  
• Experience working with national or multi-site customers will be advantageous.
  
• Strong reporting and reconciliation experience.
