Industrial B2B Sales Specialist

Drive new business development across industrial, manufacturing, logistics and warehousing sectors. Identify and engage prospective customers and key decision-makers. Conduct on-site customer visits, packaging assessments and product trials. Demonstrate cost savings and operational benefits through a consultative sales approach. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Grow revenue within existing accounts and develop new opportunities. Provide customer training on effective packaging and wrapping techniques. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to successful conversion. Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records on the CRM. Travel regularly across Gauteng and surrounding provinces, with occasional travel nationally. Industrial Industry Successful Applicant A successful Industrial B2B Sales Specialist should have: 3-10 years' experience in B2B, industrial, technical or solution-based sales. Proven track record of generating new business and opening new accounts. Experience selling into manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, packaging or related industrial environments. Strong prospecting, cold-calling and business development skills. Commercially minded with the ability to understand and communicate cost-saving opportunities. Confident engaging with decision-makers and operational stakeholders. Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working independently. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Comfortable working in factory, warehouse and operational environments. Willingness to travel as required. Valid driver's licence.
