Van Sheet Clerk – Welkom, Freestate

An attractive FMCG opportunity awaits a detail-driven and passionate Van Sheet Clerk to join a great team dynamic at our Welkom depot. Reporting to the Depot Controller, you will play an important role in accurate van sheet processing, driver support, and daily administration within a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing driver van sheets and internal documents accurately and on time
• Supporting drivers with van sheet queries and maintaining good working relationships
• Completing driver and IDC reconciliations daily with accurate sign-off
• Reporting pricing differences promptly
• Scanning PODs, invoices, claims, and related documents on Capisol
• Matching claims to credit note numbers and ensuring records are correct

Requirements: Matric, 1 year experience with accounting knowledge, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and Syspro and Excel proficiency.
