Duties and Responsibilities :
- BDMs can manage the power base within the Buying Centre. They are accomplished in Solution Selling.
- Articulate the clients compelling business need and develop a solution that satisfies critical elements.
- Lead demand-generating sales activities in the assigned market.
- Build relationships with Principal Vendors and negotiate pricing & procurement control.
- Coach and mentor subordinates in effective operations practices.
