The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer specializing in GTM roles, you will focus on sourcing and engaging candidates for sales, marketing, customer success, and business development positions within the software industry. You will collaborate closely with our Recruitment Consultants to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, contributing directly to the growth and success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and attract top talent for GTM roles.
- Screening & Shortlisting : Conduct initial phone screens, evaluate resumes, and shortlist candidates for further interviews with Recruitment Consultants.
- Database Management : Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to attract the best GTM talent.
- Administrative Support : Assist with scheduling interviews, preparing candidate profiles, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements :
Experience : Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the software industry or for GTM roles.Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Technology : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.Education : A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with GTM roles and the software industry's landscape is highly desirable.What's on Offer?
