Job descriptionProven, traceable sales track record (must be able to provide commission statements) Stable employment history with consistent performance Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team Valid drivers license and clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Actively prospect and generate leads to grow sales pipeline
- Present and demonstrate vehicles professionally to potential buyers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership profitability
- Manage the full sales process from first contact to vehicle delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
