Assist walk-in and telephonic customers with parts enquiries and quotations.
Process parts orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership profitability.
Ensure correct stock levels and assist with stock counts when required.
Minimum Requirements :
Proven experience as a Parts Sales Executive in a dealership environment (franchise experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and components.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Computer literate with experience on dealership DMS systems.
Valid drivers license and reliable transport.
