Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Accurately prepare, process, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers
  • Verify and cost job cards, labour, and parts according to OEM standards
  • Track claim rejections and resubmit with necessary corrections
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership and OEM requirements
  • Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and management to resolve costing or claim issues
  • Assist in reconciling payments and preparing monthly warranty reports

Requirements :

  • Minimum 23 years experience as a Warranty or Costing Clerk in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of OEM warranty procedures and dealership systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Evolve)
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
