Overview

Job Title : Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager & Agile Coach to lead and deliver strategic initiatives within Global Nexis Solutions . This role is embedded within the development team and works cross-functionally with Engineering, UI / UX, Product Management, and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, agile coaching capabilities, and a proactive leadership style to drive continuous improvement and value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Leadership

Own the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Provide agile coaching to development teams and product partners.

Coordinate dependencies and foster communication across teams.

Personal Success Characteristics

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

Scheduling, release planning, and resource allocation.

Deep understanding of Agile principles and delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

Executive presence and facilitation skills.
