Aftermarket Consultant

As an Aftermarket Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to valued customers. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities to ensure their satisfaction and maintain the Company's reputation for excellence :

Duties & Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement : Engage with our existing aftermarket customers, serving as their trusted point of contact for all their needs.
• Sales Initiatives : Visit service-related customers, promoting and selling a range of aftermarket products and spare parts that meet their requirements.
• Prospecting New Clients : Embark on cold-calling endeavors to establish connections with potential customers. Present services and aftermarket products in a compelling manner to drive new business growth.
• Maintenance Management : Utilize our innovative "Smart link system" to effectively manage preventative maintenance tasks. Ensure our customers' equipment remains in optimal condition.
• Administration : Handle administrative tasks, including providing feedback to customers, strategic planning, updating information, and generating insightful reports.
