We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Pre-Sales Solutions Architect with a strong foundation in IT Managed Services, Outsourcing Models, and ITSM principles. The role requires extensive pre-sales expertise, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to drive lead generation, develop proposals, and support bid processes. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and NCPF, combined with strong negotiation skills, will be essential. Success in this position demands teamwork, resilience under pressure, accountability, and an ethical, go-getter mindset.Â
