Role Overview

The Head of Quality Assurance (QA) will define and execute a forward-thinking QA strategy, driving the shift from reactive testing to proactive, engineering-led quality assurance.

This leadership role ensures the reliability, performance, and compliance of high-volume financial systems within a regulated payments environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the QA / Quality Engineering function, building a culture of ownership and excellence.
• Develop a robust automation strategy integrated into CI / CD pipelines.
• Oversee performance, load, and resilience testing of mission-critical payment platforms.
• Ensure full compliance with Visa / Mastercard, PCI DSS, and financial regulations.
