Requirements :

• Must be eligible for registration and licensing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) .
• Eligible to apply for the Provisional Register Conditional Practice as a General Practitioner or recognized as a specialist in Family Medicine.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – required.
• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) – required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – desired.
• MOREOB / ALARM or equivalent obstetrical emergency training – desired.
• Recent (within the past two years) experience or training in emergency and / or rural medicine preferred.
• Must be willing to reside in the Oyen area and actively participate in community-based healthcare.
