You’ll handle high-volume calls and inquiries, prequalify leads, and close retainers—all while offering a warm, empathetic presence. Schedule

Monday to Friday EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities

• Handling daily calls (inbound and outbound), plus web and email inquiries
• Conducting intake conversations and close retainers without attorney consults when possible
• Executing a structured 7-touch follow-up cadence (calls, texts, emails)
• Prequalifying leads based on firm criteria across multiple practice areas
• Logging all interactions, consults, outcomes, and payments in Clio Grow and Clio Manage
• Drafting and sending professional follow-up and nurturing emails
• Preparing weekly intake / sales reports using Clio and Google Sheets
• Participating in intensive sales training and ongoing coaching
