Salary Range : $3,000 - $4,000 USD / month

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions and reporting processes. This role requires someone with a strong technical accounting background, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to take initiative with minimal guidance.

You will work closely with our Finance Associates, providing oversight, direction, and mentorship to ensure daily transaction recording is accurate, while taking ownership of more complex accounting and financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and record complex financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Provide direction, guidance, and mentorship to the Finance Associate responsible for daily transaction processing.
• Prepare and review reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop, manage, and maintain advanced financial models and analyses in Excel to support decision-making.
• Clean, structure, and analyze large, messy datasets to produce actionable financial insights.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring deadlines and accuracy are maintained.
• Collaborate with management to improve financial processes, efficiency, and data integrity.
• Support external audit and due diligence processes as needed.
• Prepare financial summaries, reports, and dashboards for leadership review.
