Key Responsibilities

• Product development and improvement.
• Process development and improvement.
• Quality management and improvement.
• Statistical process development.
• Technical support to the production section.
• Manage, execute and implement capital projects.
• Work in close cooperation with production manager to enhance production performance of the plant.
• Initiate and complete major capital and extraordinary maintenance projects according to technical specifications plan and budget.
• Compile detailed technical specifications.
• Quality control of project machinery and installations.
• Improve the mechanical availability of the plant.
• Conduct failure analysis.
• Training of mechanical staff.
