Location : South Africa (Remote)

Salary : R400,000 - R550,000 (DOE)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Employee Enablement Specialist to join our Operations team and drive the success of our delivery personnel, based remotely in South Africa.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Employee Enablement Specialist who thrives in high-growth, fast-moving technology environments and is passionate about learning and development.

You’ll take the lead in developing and implementing robust onboarding and training programs for our delivery teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to excel and deliver real impact in the cybersecurity space.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive onboarding and continuous training plans for operations teams.
• Manage the complete enablement cycle effectively, from needs assessment and content creation to delivery and post-training evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GRC consultants, Penetration Testing technical experts, and Operations / HR, to deliver customised solutions and documentation.
• Take a proactive approach to content maintenance and problem-solving, ensuring all training materials are current and accessible.
• Adapt to additional enablement initiatives and responsibilities as they arise.
• Continuously invest in self-development, focusing on instructional design, enablement technology, and leadership attributes.
