What You Will Do

• Develop, design, and draft building plans and documentation using Revit and other industry-standard tools.
• Participate in internal, consultant, and client meetings, contributing insight and design solutions across all stages.
• Analyse building codes, by-laws, and site parameters to ensure full design compliance.
• Coordinate technical documentation and ensure accuracy across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with consultants and the procurement team to align specifications, costs, and design intent.
• Review cost estimates, track milestones, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Maintain impeccable Revit file organisation, drawing registers, and issue logs.
• Provide on-site design support, reviewing shop drawings and issuing revised details when required.
