SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST

Responsibilities :

• Accurate measurement and scoping of buildings to create drawings to the specifications and requirements of the company and franchisor.
• A creative and innovative approach to design, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
• Ensure drawings / plans are compliant with National Building Regulations SANS and other statutory construction requirements in respect of retail premises.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Manage and submit constructions & signage drawings for council approval nationally, liaising with stakeholders in the approval process, and obtaining occupation certificates as an end result.
• Solid experience with local authority submissions.
• Research all relevant information that might impact the development of the site (e.g., restrictions and regulations).
• Manage Project Administration.
