About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 you’ll have a high level of autonomy, managing your own patient list and providing clinical care in the home environment, while collaborating with doctors and the broader multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients and carers.
