About our client :

What you will be doing :

• Developing and maintaining detailed test artifacts (plans, scenarios, and scripts) for each target application, including negative test cases and bespoke deprovisioning logic.
• Coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across the application landscape, enabling multiple test cycles to run in parallel. Clarify capacity expectations for concurrent execution where feasible.
• Validating end-to-end user-access workflows, covering requests, approvals, email notifications, and attestations.
• Verifying application-specific deprovisioning logic to ensure correct revocation behavior (e.g., Coupa bespoke removal rules).
• Ensuring comprehensive coverage for employee, non-employee, and service accounts, including technical / service identities.
• Managing the defect lifecycle, encompassing triage, root-cause analysis, prioritization, retesting, and formal sign-off.
• Producing and maintaining test documentation, metrics, and exit reports for audit and regulatory purposes.
• Collaborating with program leadership to sequence releases (database-first vs. application-level) and support go-live readiness.

What our client is looking for :

A relevant tertiary qualification would be ideal (Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.)

ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst or Test Manager would be beneficial.

5+ years of software testing experience - Ideally manual testing.

Proven expertise in testing enterprise integration projects.

In-depth knowledge of user provisioning / deprovisioning, RBAC, attestations, and segregation-of-duties principles.

Hands-on experience testing integrations via API, CSV, SQL-view, and PowerShell.

Advanced SQL and data-analysis skills for validation and troubleshooting.

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills across both business and technical teams.
