Oikonomakis Law Firm is seeking a dedicated Collection & Revenue Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the firm's collections process, ensuring timely and effective management of receivables, and enhancing our overall revenue cycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the firm’s accounts receivable, including invoicing, collection efforts, and dispute resolution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure timely payment.
- Monitor and analyze outstanding invoices and generate reports on collection activities.
- Work closely with attorneys and staff to resolve billing issues and streamline the payment process.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of collections and any potential issues.
- Ensure ethical and legal compliance.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in collections or revenue management, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
