Mechanical Engineer

Purpose

Primary responsible for the complete engineering management discipline mechanical engineering with regards to project, maintenance, condition, risk, compliance and optimization management of mechanical infrastructure within the industrial, commercial and residential asset portfolio of Senwes in line with industry best practices of plant / asset engineering management.

Responsibilities :

Portfolio planning, budgeting & administration

• Planning, budgeting and prioritization of proposed works for the financial year by way
• asset assessment
• Assign risk scores to each function defined within the discipline framework
• Demonstrate improvement on quality and accurateness of process by way of Portfolio
• management register, client satisfaction with regards to the budget process
