Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge Required

• Proven experience in the implementation and administration of Microsoft 365.
• 8 years of experience in implementation and administration of Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of M365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Familiarity with security and compliance features within M365.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified : Messaging Administrator Associate.
