Job Description
The Used Vehicle Sales Manager is fully responsible for managing the Used Vehicle department, maximizing sales and profitability to achieve targets and forecast commitments, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective sales processes.

The responsibilities of a Used Vehicle Sales Manager include :
- Maximizing sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and retention to meet sales forecasts.
- Developing the sales organization to meet sales and profitability objectives.
- Ensuring optimum vehicle stock on premises.
- Controlling costs within the department budget.
- Maintaining adequate product display materials.
- Reviewing pricing policies, discounts, and trade-in deals to maintain dealership profitability.
- Monitoring the financial performance of the sales department weekly.
- Addressing customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Meeting departmental customer satisfaction and expectation targets.
- Managing costs within company parameters.
- Establishing staffing levels and training to achieve sales goals.
- Monitoring all floorplan activities.
- Maintaining stock levels within company policy.
- Maximizing sales of back-end products.
