Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the new commercial vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Drive business development and deal-making through established industry contacts and networking
- Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and expand the dealerships commercial vehicle footprint
- Oversee customer relationship management to ensure excellent client retention and satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present results to senior management
- Support sales executives in negotiations for high-value deals when required
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and industry regulations
Requirements :
Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales management, preferably with Scania, Mercedes-Benz, or Volvo TrucksMinimum of 2-3 years experience in same or similar role as commercial vehicle new sales manager in a dealership environmentStrong industry network and ability to leverage relationships to generate new businessTrack record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership, supervision, and motivational skillsExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilitiesStrategic thinker with a results-driven mindsetMotor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
