Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor all new vehicle sales processes and activities
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve performance targets
- Implement OEM and dealership sales strategies and standards
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies
- Drive customer satisfaction through efficient sales processes and service
- Monitor financial and operational performance of the department
- Collaborate with other departments to align business objectives
- Stay current on market trends and competitor activities
About You
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales Manager role in an automotive environmentProven experience with OEM standards and processes (Ford experience essential)Strong organizational, financial, and sales process knowledgeVisionary leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teamsExcellent communication and customer service skillsDeal closing proficiencyMatric (Grade 12) and valid drivers license requiredComputer literate and comfortable with dealership systemsAutomotive industry experience is non-negotiablePackage & Remuneration
R25 000 R35 000 per month (basic salary, dependent on experience, skill set, and knowledge)
