Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share in the premium automotive segment.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a world-class buying experience for high-end clientele.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions to optimize results.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, focusing on skills enhancement and retention of top talent.
- Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to create promotional campaigns that align with brand positioning.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of premium automotive trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, corporate policies, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to dealership management.
Requirements :
Minimum 57 years of experience in automotive sales management, specifically within the premium or luxury segment.Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets for high-value vehicles.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.Exceptional customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills.Sound understanding of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.Valid drivers license.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with premium brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, or similar.Proven experience in managing sales operations in a multi-franchise dealership environment.Strong network within the premium automotive industry in Pretoria and surrounding areas.Competencies & Attributes :
