Barista

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction with their beverage and overall experience onboard the cruise ship
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety guidelines
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, maintaining accurate records and following cash handling procedures
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering any questions and addressing any concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee bar and overall customer experience
• Continuously learn about new products and promotions, and share this knowledge with customers
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times, including dress code and attendance standards
