Solution Architect - South Africa

With the opening of our new Cape Town office, we are excited to grow our local capability and are now hiring an experienced Solution Architect to support the design and assurance of high-quality HCM solutions, working closely with our Senior Solution Architect. This role is ideal for someone with strong consulting and technical experience in HCM (ideally Dayforce or a comparable platform such as Kronos or UKG) who is ready to step into architecture responsibilities.

You will play a key role in solution design, integration, and technical assurance activities across HR, payroll, and workforce management. As part of a growing team in a dynamic, scale-up environment, you’ll need to be adaptable, hands‑on, and excited to build solutions and processes.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Support the Senior Solution Architect in developing end‑to‑end solution designs across HR, payroll, and workforce management.
• Produce technical documentation, design artefacts, and configuration standards.
• Assist with integration design and data mapping between Dayforce and client / third‑party systems.
• Contribute to design workshops, capturing requirements and shaping solution options.
• Ensure alignment with defined design standards, governance, and assurance frameworks.
• Support responses to RFPs, proposals, and change requests with input on technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with consultants to resolve technical design queries during delivery.
