Job Description
You will be responsible for leading the Mechanical Design, R&D, Project Engineering, and Drawing Office functions.
- Lead mechanical design and documentation for assemblies and components
- Oversee R&D initiatives, including prototyping, testing, and innovation
- Manage the Drawing Office, including CAD / PDM systems, drawing standards, BOMs, and ERP integration
- Drive cross-functional project engineering and ISO‑aligned processes
- Mentor and lead technical teams across multiple engineering functions
