Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer billing processes and ensure accurate and timely payments. The ideal candidate will handle billing transactions, maintain accurate records, and communicate with customers regarding invoices and payments. This role requires a dependable professional who can manage ACH billing transactions and work effectively within our accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, issue, and manage customer invoices and billing statements.
• Process ACH billing transactions and ensure accurate application of payments.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts in FreshBooks and Google Sheets .
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Communicate with customers via email regarding billing questions, payment reminders, and account updates.
• Assist with reconciling A / R records and support month-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth and efficient billing operations.
• Learn and work within internal systems and procedures (training provided).
