Junior Legal Advisor – Alternative Investment Fund | Sandton

With a legacy in debt financing trade finance and impact investment the firm plays a pivotal role in driving economic growth job creation and community upliftment in key sectors across emerging markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated analytical and ambitious legal professional to gain exposure to cross-border finance structured trade and corporate legal advisory within a global investment environment .

Duties & Responsibilities

General Legal Support

• Draft review and implement a wide range of legal documents including NDAs service agreements corporate resolutions letters of demand and participation agreements.
• Conduct legal research draft opinions and advise on the interpretation and application of relevant legislation.
• Liaise with clients and external counsel managing matters from inception to completion.
• Provide strategic input on corporate governance legal compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Support litigious and enforcement matters related to the fund’s operations.
