• Draft, review, and negotiate franchise disclosure documents (FDDs), franchise agreements, and related contracts.
• Ensure all documentation complies with federal and state franchise laws.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like ?

Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, resolve potential legal issues, and ensure that franchise practices remain compliant and aligned with long-term business goals.
