Job Description
iqbusiness is seeking experienced Project and / or Programme Management contracting professionals. We require professionals who can lead projects from inception to launch across various industries, including Banking / Financial Services, Technology, and Mining.You will need to lead and manage projects from idea inception to activation and launch. Make informed decisions considering People, Process, and Technology and manage multiple teams across various projects.Experience and Skills :
Minimum 4 years of solid Project Management experience across industries (Financial Services, Mining, Technology, etc.).Must have relevant project experience in Financial Services, with other industry experience being high advantageous. Example of experience in the following areas :Financial Services :  Payments, card, compliance, Popia, AML, strategic and optimisation projects, etc.Technology :  Integrations, data, business projects.Mining and other :  Business scalability, systems, processes, IT, finance.3 or more years’ experience managing multiple teams across multiple projects advantageousMust have a strong handle on various project frameworks and methodologies.Advanced budget management and stakeholder management skillsEffective communication skillsExposure to Agile and alternative delivery methodologiesExposure to Business and Process AnalysisHybrid way of work (Client, iqbusiness, Home)Key Responsibilities and / or output areas include, but are not limited to :
Program Initiation :
Identify stakeholdersConsult broadly with clients (executives and delivery teams) and other stakeholdersAnalyse business valueIdentify delivery cadencesProgram planningIdentify and plan teams (project and shared resource teams) and teams’ capacityPlan procurementEstimate costs and determine budgetIdentify functional and non-function dependenciesIdentify program risksPerform qualitative and qualitative risk analysisIdentify program metricsDevelop program guidanceProgram Management and Execution :
Organisation and coordination of teams across the programBuild relationships across project teams and shared resource teamsBuild relationships with key stakeholdersCommunicate program guidance and establish support teamPrioritisation and coordination of workBalance prioritiesAttend to administration and reporting relating to procurementSchedule and manage releasesNegotiate and manage dependenciesManage program financesMonitor and control risksCoordinate and monitor schedulesMonitor and manage teams’ health and performanceMonitor and measure projects’ performanceReport on projects’ performance and overall program metricsProgram Close-out :

MatricQualification in Project / Program ManagementDegree or Diploma in Business Management, Computer Science, Business Science or Engineering would be advantageousMust be certified in PRINCE2 Practitioner and / or PMPCertified Scrum Master, Certified in SAFe, Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer highly advantageousAdministrative / Management  jobs
