We’re looking for an Art Director, a visual thinker and brand builder who can take an idea from spark to system. You’ll guide creative direction across digital, print, and campaign environments, ensuring every brand we touch is not only beautiful but built to last.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand and campaign development— from initial concept through to rollout and implementation in collaboration with the Creative team
• Shape and oversee visual identity systems, ensuring design consistency, clarity, and impact across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Strategists, Writers, and Account leads to translate brand strategy into visual storytelling that connects.
• Direct and mentor designers, fostering a culture of creativity, craft, and attention to detail.
• Present creative work with confidence, clearly articulating the thinking behind your decisions.
• Oversee production quality, ensuring every deliverable from social content to packaging to presentations reflects our high creative standards.
• Stay current with design and brand trends, particularly within FMCG, corporate, and B2B sectors.
