Lodge Manager

Nestled in a pristine wilderness oasis, this lodge features twelve exquisitely crafted suites. Candidate requirements :

• Strong hospitality or lodge management background, ideally within safari, wellness, or retreat lodges.
• Familiarity with wellness modalities (yoga, meditation, spa, wellness programming) would be an advantage.
• Proven experience leading and developing diverse on-site teams across service departments
• Strong administrative, multitasking, and guest service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

This is a live-in position - uniform and meals will be provided. The lodge supplies plant-based or vegetarian food, although you are allowed to bring your own non-plant-based to consume in your own accommodation. 3 weeks on duty, followed by 1 week off.
