Job descriptionWarm leads provided daily – no cold calling 100% remote work from anywhere (good English required) Flexible work hours – minimum of 4 hours per day Full sales support, training, and coaching Uncapped commissions — earnings accrue with no limit Stay-at-home parents (especially stay-at-home moms and dads) — looking for flexible remote work during school hours Semi-retirees and retirees (who still want to earn extra income without a full-time commitment and can leverage their communication skills) Ex-corporate professionals (ex-salespeople, account managers, marketers) — seeking flexible, remote opportunities Freelancers and remote workers (already used to working from home and wanting to add a new commission-based revenue stream) Experienced telesales reps (who prefer warm leads, not cold calling, and want control over earnings) Mature students or part-time students (strong English, good communication skills, and want a part-time flexible job) Customer service reps transitioning to sales (used to being on the phone but want higher income through commissions) Previous telesales or phone-based sales experience Strong communication and persuasion skills Confidence in pitching and booking meetings with business owners Reliable phone and high-speed internet connection High commission-only earnings, paid weekly after client payment Opportunity for consistent, long-term work Recurring commissions based on performance

We are a successful and established digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Google Ads, social media management, business listings — and now AI solutions. We help businesses grow their online presence and generate high-quality leads through proven digital marketing strategies. Our team operates remotely across Australia with additional offices in Indonesia. We are seeking a driven and experienced Telesales Representative to join our growing team and sell our digital marketing and AI services. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Calling warm leads provided daily (no cold calling!)
- Presenting and pitching our services to business owners
- Booking meetings for our senior sales team
- Following up with prospects to close deals
