This is a vital, behind-the-scenes role that blends email campaign coordination, community engagement, and essential administrative support. What You\'ll Be Doing : Core Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution : Assist directly with the setup, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Data & System Management : Organize campaign assets, maintain clean contact lists, update segments, and ensure all SOPs and checklists are current.
• Performance Tracking : Compile, track, and analyze key performance data, translating findings into clear, actionable reports for internal teams.
• Community Support : Monitor and respond to community engagement across platforms (DMs, ad comments, customer threads) to maintain a positive brand presence.
• Administrative & Research : Support account managers with ad-hoc admin tasks, conduct competitive research on marketing trends, and analyze portal data to track key customer trends.
