Job Summary
As a Creator Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with top creators across various social media platforms.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple briefs at once.
About the Role
Develop and maintain curated creator rosters for key sectors such as beauty, gaming, tech, travel, etc.
Evaluate creators using qualitative and quantitative methods, including authenticity, engagement rate, reach, growth, and brand alignment.
Conduct brand safety checks and analyze audience integrity and historical partnerships.
Translate creative briefs into actionable sourcing frameworks and indicative creator lists. Prepare polished, client-ready creator recommendations and provide estimated pricing benchmarks.
Monitor cultural trends and produce insights on creator behavior and platform dynamics.
Manage early-stage creator relationships and liaise with talent agents.
Utilize talent management systems to maintain organized, scalable creator data.
Support continuous development of sourcing processes, systems, and frameworks.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management.
Strong understanding of the US creator market and platform-specific content behaviors.
Skilled in using influencer discovery and analytics tools such as CreatorIQ or Tagger.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple briefs at once. Strong communication skills with the confidence to present rationale and insights.
Naturally collaborative, comfortable working across creative, strategy, and data teams.
