Creative Team Lead

We’re looking for a Creative Team Lead to join our team, initially on a fixed two-month contract, followed by a rolling agreement, to own and elevate our brand across South Africa and international markets. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone with proven experience in trading or financial services, who thrives on creating standout work and guiding a high‑performing team.

• 8+ years’ design experience, 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in financial services, trading, or fintech.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite, and major design platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Prismic CMS and CRM‑driven design.
• Proven ability to create and maintain brand CI.
• Experience in video, motion, and digital‑first content.
• Strategic mindset with excellent project and people management skills.
• Advantageous : experience using AI design tools to enhance workflows.
