Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management of the Retail Operations Support Specialists and Retail Operations Administrators.
- Provide operational assistance to Regional Management and teams as required, and technical / operational support to the Operations Management Team.
- Set uniform standards within all functions to Regional and Branch Support.
- Create and implement continuous upskilling and improvement plans for the Retail Operations Support Specialist and Retail Operations Administrators.
- Guide the implementation and updating of all policies and procedures with the Retail Operations Junior Business Partner.
- Approve all types and forms of communication to be sent to Retail outlets and Regional Managers.
- Assist the Retail Operations Business Partner (Junior) and Retail Operations Business Partner with administrative functions.
- Liaise with Developers and the IT infrastructure team to resolve practical problems affecting Branch Operations.
- Meet monthly with Internal Audit to ensure ongoing communication and resolution of queries.
- Build strong working relationships with Regional Managers and Area Managers and assist them as needed.
- Continuously seek to improve efficiency and effectiveness through ongoing learning and new techniques.
- Assist with Operational tasks dispatched by the National Operations Manager.
- Execute on any ADHOC requests from Executive / Senior Management.
