Duties & ResponsibilitiesAn exciting opportunity is available in Paarl for a Project Manager.Duties : Assistant to the Operations Manager and Company Director including managing diaries, emails, and ad hoc tasks.Managing maintenance team, including creating, assigning, and updating job cards ensuring timely completion of jobs.Managing vehicle maintenance including services and repairs of vehicles, renewing licenses.Ensuring that all fire equipment is up to date.Sourcing, comparing prices, and arranging logistics of products, parts, PPE, etc.Assisting with social media platforms, website, campaigns, competitions, adverts.Administrative duties including meeting minutes, filing, and setting up of Zoom meetings.Liaison with tenants, municipalities, obtaining comparative quotations.Desired Experience & QualificationRequirements : Minimum of 3 years experience as a personal assistant.Ability to work under pressure.DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN OR CLOSE TO PAARL.
