Senior Engineer Water

Job Description

As a Senior Engineer in our Water team The Senior Engineer is a senior technical resource and delivers discipline involvement in projects and ensures effective delivery input of others. Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations drawings and reports etc. The role includes design development design review supervision coordination and design documentation. Guides junior engineers and independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete design works. The appointed candidate will be based in the Centurion South Africa.

Here is what you will do :

• Hydraulic modeling analysis
• Surge Analysis Transiant wave analysis
• Hydraulic modelling and design of Bulk infrastructure and  reticulation systems pumpstation and reservoir  designs
• Preparation of project specifications bill of quantities and tender documentation
• Water and sewer master planning and flood risk assessments
• Mentoring less experienced staff
