Position Summary

The role will lead development, manage and sustain a profitable brand by understanding, anticipating, creating as well as meeting consumer needs.

A day in the life of the Brand Manager for Lactogen :

In this role you will be responsible for building strong brand portfolios which will delight target consumers and generate strong business results. You will contribute to the development and execution of the portfolio's growth plans, communication & digital strategies, as well as innovation.

Key Considerations & Implications :

  • Compliance : Using the Code Management system for the specific market as the guiding document to ensure that all activities within the team comply with the WHO International Code for the marketing of Breastmilk substitutes, Nestlé Instructions and the local Code.
  • Know your consumer deeply - understand the consumer behaviour by conducting qualitative and quantitative studies with the local research team and research partners. Nutrition-specific : Understand the needs of targeted HCPs in order to develop & execute communication strategies based on impactful, meaningful & compliant scientific content that will be translated into tools and materials to be used by the Medical Field Force.

Inspire with Brand Vision and Essence - Deeply understand, actively and consistently ensures the Brand Essence governs everything the brand says and does.

Delight with Product & Packaging Experience Deliver the tastiest and healthiest products as perceived by target consumers and in comparison, with competition Champions development of relevant and preferred packaging & product solutions to improve the consumer experience Manage brand to enhance Nutrition, Health & Wellness goal.

  • Win with Shoppers - Understands the relevant shopping environment & behaviours and how it can be leveraged to delight shoppers and improve performance Defines the desired relative price of products within the brand – and versus other brands / products – so it is aligned with consumers' perceived value relative to competitors and portfolio strategy.
  • Innovate Bigger Bolder Better - Passionately seeks out ideas and leverages internal & external resources to contribute to the development of an innovation pipeline. Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, maintains vibrancy via relevant innovation & renovation for his / her brands to deliver against commercial objectives. Accountable and responsible for providing quality Concept briefs to the I&R and project Managers
  • Plan and Executive Flawlessly - Contributes to the development and execution of a strong, cross-functionally aligned brand and Integrated Commercial Plan. Tracks and monitors the performance, health, and strategic alignment of your brand. Understands & manages the business impact of marketing spend (PFME) of her / his brand.
  • Create Engaging Brand Experiences - Contributes and manages the development process of creating Ownable Brand Propositions and Big Ideas. Works in partnership with communication agencies to develop engaging business building communication. Ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader. Embraces e-business and digital to drive brand and business performance.
  • Financial & Business Acumen - PFME Budget management and P&L understanding
  • What will make you successful :

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Marketing or in another commercial function e.g.
  • Sales, CCSD (FMCG nutrition or pharma experience preferable)

  • Bachelor's Degree / IMM Diploma (Marketing Preferred)
  • Proven track record to work independently
  • Experience working in cross functional teams

  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and brand ambassadors.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs related to brand awareness, acquisition, retention, and market share.
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage brand marketing budgets and ensure effective return on investment (ROI).
  • In-depth understanding of the iGaming industry, including sports betting, casino, esports, or poker.

    We're on the hunt for an exceptional Brand, Marketing, and Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of brand awareness, social engagement, and how to drive sales through strategic marketing efforts.

    Key Skills & Requirements :

  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, with strong knowledge of formulas and functions.
  • Strong eye for design. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator is highly preferred.
  • Experienced in Canva, with the ability to update menus and create engaging Instagram posts.
  • Video editing and content creation skills are essential. You should be able to bring concepts to life through editing, with experience in software like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.

  • Basic knowledge of POS systems such as Lightspeed is a plus.
  • A high-quality smartphone for content creation is required. Having a professional camera is an added advantage.

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Production Manager to join our team as the right-hand to the founder. This is not a corporate desk job; it's a hands‑on, dynamic role where your love for food, people, and detail come together.

    The Role

    This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role in a growing artisanal food brand.

    Our ops manager is currently away. We're therefore looking for someone who can join immediately on a part‑time basis (3 days / week) to oversee production and operations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Production & Quality

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure output, quality, and consistency.
  • Monitor and uphold food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Plan and manage production schedules according to seasonality of fruit.
  • Maintain close attention to detail across recipes, labeling, and final product quality.
  • Support with new product development.
  • Operations & Procurement

  • Manage procurement of fruit, jars, and supplies; liaise with suppliers.
  • Track stock and inventory, ensuring accurate records in Excel and accounting systems.
  • Coordinate market refills and occasional deliveries.
  • Optimize workflow, resources, and costs
  • Motivate, guide, and uplift a growing team of women.
  • Foster a culture of fairness, accountability, and growth.
  • Provide training and feedback while ensuring high performance standards.
  • Client & Brand Engagement

  • Occasionally represent the brand at weekend markets (selling directly to customers).
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
  • Support the founder with ideas and initiatives to grow the business.

  • REQUIREMENTS

    Education & Experience

  • Culinary / food production / hospitality background mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food production, hospitality, or operations.
  • Proven experience leading or supervising small teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and comfortable with Excel and digital systems.
  • Comfortable with high pressure seasonality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage staff with kindness and firmness.
  • Problem-solving mindset and initiative to improve processes.
  • Valid driver's license and own car (essential).
