Recruitment & Marketing Sourcer - Exciting Remote Opportunity in South Africa

About the Role

As a Recruitment & Marketing Sourcer, you’ll work closely with an experienced international recruiter, gain hands-on training in recruitment, sourcing and candidate engagement. Your main focus will be identifying, qualifying, and reaching out to potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.

Beyond sourcing, you’ll also contribute to recruitment and marketing operations — supporting content creation, outreach, and process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, and learning the foundations of recruitment in a practical, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and contact potential candidates via LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Create personalized outreach campaigns, including video messages (training provided).
• Engage responses and book interviews for the recruiters.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT to improve outreach quality while maintaining a human touch.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate data tracking in CRM systems.
• Support recruiters by understanding hiring needs and delivering relevant candidate leads.
• Assist in content creation for social media and simple visual materials using Canva.
• Coordinate recruitment-related events such as webinars and podcasts.
