Key Performance Areas :
Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothlyEnsure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are metServe as a departmental role model or mentor by working alongside employees to perform technical or functional job dutiesDepartment revenues, welfare, training, expense control, operating equipment, direct costs and other expenses in order to achieve set budgetsMonitoring and control of all food and beverage results inclusive but not limited to food, beverage, operating equipment and operating supplies and trading summariesMaintaining Service Standards in all F&B areas relating to managementRevenue control and managementEfficient, effective communication between all stake holdersManage workplace relations through adherence to the relevant legislation and internal policies and proceduresEnsure that the department procures the best quality raw material and cost-effective equipmentProcurement & control of certain consumable & non consumable stocks and assets including the conducting of regular stock takesDealing with guest queries, requests and complaints and management of guest relationsPreference will be given to a candidate who comes from a resort background.Requirements :
Proven F&B Supervisor experience and a history of experience in the Hospitality industryProven management skills including : Guest & Staff relations and administration, Management of revenue streams, Budgeting and Financial experienceExcellent understanding of all aspects of Hospitality OperationsComputer literacy skills including : Excel and WordHospitality / Hotel / Restaurant jobs
