Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field
- Articles in financial accounting
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the real estate or property management sector
- Experience with budgeting, financial analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
