Digital Systems & Process Optimisation Specialist
Job Overview :
We’re seeking a tech-savvy and solutions-driven Digital Systems & Process Optimisation Specialist to join a forward-thinking UK-based company on a part-time basis (±20 hours per week). This role focuses on refining operational workflows, automating repetitive tasks, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency across departments.
The role offers a starting salary of R14,000 / month , with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. You’ll work remotely and collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants to streamline digital operations using tools like Monday.com, Notion, and AI platforms .
Key Responsibilities :
- Audit and analyse existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement optimised processes using tools like Monday.com , Notion , and Make.com .
- Build integrations and automations to reduce manual tasks and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Leverage AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity) to support business operations and create smart workflows.
- Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams on new systems and processes.
- Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
- Document system structures, procedures, and SOPs for internal reference and training.
Qualifications and Experience :
Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital operations, systems analysis, or process improvement.Expert-level proficiency in Monday.com and Notion is essential.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite , especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Copilot.Experience using or integrating with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot.Familiarity with automation platforms such as Make.com , Zapier, or similar is highly advantageous.Strong documentation, training, and communication skills.Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and your own laptop .This is a part-time remote role (R14,000 / month) with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and company growth.
